The accompaniment of someone in mediation consists by guiding his reflection in order to help him make his own decisions.

The one who accompanies intervenes with discretion through both his methodology and techniques which are not the subject of the mediation. However, he intervenes as a pedagogue and can therefore transfer skills in this field.

The accompaniment focuses on the person who is seeking a solution.
