Mediators Without Borders™ (MWB) is a private company working for the common good by providing online and live graduate level training in mediation, arbitration, and conflict resolution. Mediators without Borders offers a unique educational model named inAccord Conflict Analysis that helps mediators monitor the effectiveness of their work in real time through the use of client and mediator surveys. The inAccord model was created by MWB President Shauna Ries and MWB partner, Dr. Susan Harter, professor emeritus at the University of Denver and a leading expert in the use of surveys for research validation.

Mediators Without Borders™ ADR practitioners who have successfully completed the inAccord training, may open a Mediators without Borders center in their area and use the MwB brand to distinguish their practice as a progressive and research validated business. As Center owners, they provide MWB with ongoing research from their practice and receive branding and support in return.

Mediators without Borders expanded its center model into Romania and Nigeria in 2012 and look forward to extending the model throughout the world in the coming years.
