OMA offers members:

OMA also offers supporters the opportunity to make a difference in how they resolve conflict in Oregon. OMA seeks to shift Oregon away from the traditional adversarial approach to conflict toward a collaborative mediation approach.

New interest groups may form according to member interests. Topic areas which could be the focus of future interest groups include:

  • Dialogue
  • Court mediation
  • Educational mediation

  • Environmental mediation
  • Victim-offender mediation
  • Health care mediation
