Title: Techniques for Professional Mediators

This training aims at providing advanced techniques of mediation. The achievements are applicable in the resolution of all types of conflicts, from family disputes to business conflicts: components of a conflict and its dynamics, ethics and deontology of a mediator, approaches and functioning of the human system (SIC® Study), defusing adversity, recognition fundamentals, management of a constructive and efficient confrontation through a rhetorical approach, risks of obstacles for the success of mediation, the theorem of mediation, the mourning of positions, and the conduct of an unimaginable discussion.

This 4-day training program can facilitate up to 15 people.

This formation can be taken up in French or in English.
