The reflection within otherness is one of two ways that orient a reflection in order to resolve a conflict. It leads to develop strategies and devise solutions through the recognition and acceptance of differences. Opposite to the reflection within adversity, this mode of reflection is one of two ways designed by the human mind in view to resolve a conflict.

The use of the pronoun "You" completely differs according to the mode of reflection:

  • Within adversity, the "You" judges, imagines bad intentions from the thoughts of the other, misinterprets, condemns, rejects, blames and constrains...
  • Within otherness, the 'You' understands, supports, accompanies, facilitates and thinks...

This mode of reflection within otherness is developed and can be recharged either through a strong emotional relationship between the parties in disagreement, or thanks to a deep level of consciousness among the parties involved in the conflict.

  • Facilitation;
  • Mediation;
  • Reconciliation;
  • Recognition, which may consist to recognize the strength of his opponent who came in order to prove it (avoid war by recognizing the superiority of his opponent).
